G'MIC is an image processing software that can mange data efficiently and has pretty much the same characteristics as many other image processing tools out there.

The G'MIC image processing tool has been designed to be a powerful scripting language for image processing pipelines. The main purpose of the program is to provide complex image solutions in 1d/2d/3d spectral databases. Other features include:
- Works with image lists
- A wide variety of image types are supported
- custom interactive windows
- Uses custom command files so it is highly extensible
- Integrates with GIMP
- Many many more possibilities
